Game design! Yep, we have technology companies right here in Iowa who do this. In fact, in Iowa City, Budcat Creations developed Guitar Hero III. (View the video on our Home Page to hear Grant Pooke talk about this project.)

Each year at the IT Olympics held at Iowa State University in the Spring, high school students from across Iowa compete in several competitions, including Game Design.

We will be posting the game design winners on this Web site beginning in 2009.

So, check out how you and your school can compete in the IT Olympics! And shoot for seeing your game online for all to play!
